- Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
Property Access
- Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.
- Elevator access is available from the parking garage on the ground floor to the fourth floor.
Policies and Rules
- Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
- No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
- Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs allowed in pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Maximum 2 dogs allowed.
- Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Maximum 7 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
- BBQ grill must be operated by responsible adults only.
- No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
- Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction without refund.
- Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
Fees and Payments
- Dogs are allowed for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs, each up to 50 lbs. Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for waste beyond hair. Pets should not be left unattended in the home. No dogs allowed in the pool.
- Pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through the guest portal after reservation confirmation. Please inform in advance if you are traveling with a pet.
- Pool heating is available for a fee of $125 per day (plus tax). Requires at least 5 days advance notice and must be booked and paid for the full stay if requested. Pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.
- Hot tub use is included in the nightly rate. The hot tub will be turned on prior to arrival.

- Garage parking and EV charger are available. Off-street parking for up to 6 cars. Do not park on the street. Maximum 7 vehicles total.
